Contractual terms governing the use of the ihub platform and services.
1. Purpose of the Platform
La plateforme numérique ihub a pour vocation de faciliter les interactions entre les porteurs de projets, fondateurs de startups et professionnels réglementés du droit et du chiffre (juristes, avocats partenaires, experts-comptables).
2. Account Creation & Access
Client accounts are not open for self-service subscription without prior agreement. They are initialized and validated by ihub's administrative team following service agreement signing and identity verification.
3. Processing Times & Liabilities
ihub met en œuvre les moyens nécessaires pour respecter les délais indicatifs annoncés (notamment 48h à 72h pour les constitutions de startups). La plateforme ne saurait être tenue pour responsable des retards imputables aux plateformes administratives étatiques (CRI, OMPIC, greffes de tribunaux).
4. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent commercial court in Morocco.
